They’ll do everything they can to keep you as independent as possible while you navigate your days, being here for you as much or as little as you need us. We encourage our carers to develop their careers with us and we’re thrilled that so many of our managers began as carers here and chose to stay and build their teams around them. We also have our own training academy at Helping Hands through which all of our employees can undertake further development relevant to their role. All of our carers who are working in more complex situations will be given additional training that will help them to care for their customers.
