What does our assisted living support include?

Assisted living is designed to support individuals in their day-to-day lives who don’t wish to leave their homes. As we age, we become comfortable with our surroundings and it’s understandable to want to stay in the place you love. This is why we offer home care in Stoke-on-Trent and across the UK so that you can remain in your humble abode. We are also fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales. So, rest assured, you’ll receive the highest level of care you’d expect from the UK’s leading home care provider.

You can choose to receive assisted living on a visiting or live-in basis. So, whether you need care for a few hours or 24 hours a day, we have got you covered. Our carers can support you with preparing meals, folding the laundry, investing time in your hobbies, getting dressed in the morning, exploring the community and much more. So, you know you’ll be in safe hands.

Our carers are fully trained to provide exceptional assisted living. They complete an intensive training programme and continue to develop their skills via refresher courses. For extra peace of mind, we conduct a background check on all our carers. This includes a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. We take these measures seriously; after all, we want you to feel safe in your own home.

When to consider assisted living

Or you may be struggling with running errands such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions; we can step in to help. So, no matter what condition you are living in, you can always count on us.
