We’re very careful to only choose the best people to come and work for us because we want you to have the kindest and most compassionate people caring for you at home. We have our own training academy at Helping Hands so we can ensure everyone has the skills they’ll need to fully carry out their role, and additional certificates and qualifications are available for those who want to develop.
