Meet the Skegness care team
Branch Care Manager
Hello, I am Marcia, the Branch Manager in Peterborough. It is my duty to oversee all the operations in the local area and to guarantee that we are always delivering the greatest care, making sure that our customers remain safe and independent in their own homes. It is imperative to me and my team to ensure that we provide personalised packages to suit our customers' needs and in turn develop a strong working relationship between our team and the customer. My desire to work in social care has come from nursing my Father and Nan at home from a very young age. These experiences, and others through life, have given me the ambition to want to help people to empower others and improve their quality of life.

High-quality home care in Skegness
Our home care is the highest quality around, with different care packages to suit you. We offer condition-led care which can support a variety of conditions including cancer, dementia, and Parkinson’s. We make sure to adapt to your changing needs and we understand that health care shouldn’t have a ‘one size fits all’ approach. If you need someone to help at home nowadays, our carers can help with general housekeeping, grocery shopping and meal preparation. Moreover, we also offer bespoke personal care which can support dressing, toileting, and continence issues. Whatever you need to create a healthy and happy daily routine, Helping Hands can help.
24/7 live-in care support
Our live-in care is designed around you and your needs and offers around-the-clock support within Skegness. Have you slowed down recently due to age-related frailties and need an extra hand around the house? We offer specific elderly care that can help with mobility and medication administration on a full-time basis. Our carers are great at daily chores you may struggle with nowadays, but they also make wonderful companions. We handpick our live-in carers to match your interests and personality. We hope that you’ll soon be strolling along Skegness Pier with your new trusted carer and friend before you know it.
Why Helping Hands is better than a care agency in Skegness
We’re the best around for one reason – our carers! Their determination and commitment to helping others are what make us special and able to provide excellent home care. Not only are our carers great at general assistance and care, but they are also trained to handle more medically complex needs. Our nursing care offers support with stoma and catheter care, ventilation care and even NIPPY and PEG feeding. Alongside this, we can tailor our care packages around your specific situation. We offer end-of-life care, disability care and respite care (if you only need a carer temporarily).
Qualified carers providing a variety of care services in Skegness
We DBS check our carers to make sure they’re the best men and women for the job. They come with a wealth of experience, training and qualifications and have a genuine passion for helping others. If you want to hear more about our many care packages, please get in contact with us. You can call us over the phone or via our seven-day-a-week Live Chat on our website. Or, if you prefer the personal touch, feel free to visit one of our branches for a face-to-face chat about it all. We endeavour to set your mind at ease regarding your home care and we want you to know that you will be in the best hands possible – Helping Hands.
