We’ll reassure you that we can organise everything for you with the minimum of disruption, slotting into your existing arrangements seamlessly. We’ll design a package of care for you that fits in to your existing lifestyle and ensures that you get the support you require, whether that’s personal care, housework, cooking nutritious meals, or a range of other tasks. You’ll also have a support plan that takes every aspect of your care needs into account, and details them clearly for your carers to follow.

We carefully select people to become Helping Hands carers, ensuring they are compassionate and caring and have the best interests of others at heart. In return, we build on their existing skills and equip them with all of the knowledge they’ll need to care for you expertly. Regardless of the condition you’re living with we will have cared for other people with similar needs, as we have more than three decades of experience supporting people to remain in their own homes across the whole of England and Wales. We offer care on both a visiting and live-in basis, from a few hours a week to around the clock, so you can be confident we’ll provide you with the support to live as independently as possible in the home you love. Our care services are also fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, meaning we exceed industry guidelines by always delivering exceptionally high standards of care.
