To ensure that our carers have the necessary skills and ability to support those in our local community, they complete theoretical and practical award winning training that covers moving and handling, first aid, safeguarding and medication, as well as other modules. We also provide regular refresher training to all care staff, ensuring that they are carrying out the latest and safest care practices.
