The Home Care Services We Provide

We specialise in exceptional home care for people aged 18+. Our customers have a variety of different care needs, which is why we always treat the people we care for as individuals; there’s no ‘one size fits all’ with Helping Hands. We support people in getting the most out of their days and remaining as independent as possible, all while continuing to live in the home that means the most to them. Our care and support is available on both a visiting and live-in care basis, which means you can have regular intermittent visits from a carer, or they can live with you in your home, around the clock. Meanwhile, you and your loved ones can be relaxed in the knowledge that all of our care is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and the Care Inspectorate Wales.

Our Quick And Efficient Care Application Process

Applying for care with Helping Hands is as easy as 1,2,3! We’ll guide you through the entire process and ensure you understand what is happening at every stage.

  • It all begins with a quick call to understand your needs
  • We’ll then arrange an in-person meeting in your home with your local team
  • Your carer can begin within 48 hours so you’ll soon be enjoying renewed independence a women working in adult care sitting down with an elderly lady

Finding Your Ideal Match

Our live in care in Norwich experts work tirelessly to match you with one of our carers who shares your hobbies and interests. Unlike traditional care agencies – which Helping Hands isn’t – our carers are all directly employed by us, which means you and your loved ones don’t have to worry about the practicalities of employing someone yourselves. Because we get to know our carers really well during the recruitment, assessment, and employment stages of our employment, we can make sure that the carer you’re sent understands your condition and will support you tirelessly.

Quality & Compassionate Care From Highly Trained Experts

We choose our carers primarily because they have natural compassion and kindness at heart. These are traits that can’t be taught—they’re either there or they’re not. That doesn’t mean we don’t equip our carers with quality development opportunities throughout their Helping Hands career, though. Thanks to our in-house training academy, we can tailor their learning to their role and map their progress throughout their courses and qualifications.
