Receive Care in 24 Hours

Depending on your circumstances, Helping Hands may be able to offer you live in care in your own home in as little as 24 hours. In the first instance, if you or a loved one are in need of immediate care at home you should call our friendly customer care team and they’ll be able to talk you through the process. If you’d prefer them to get in touch with you, you can request a call back for a time that suits you better.

A CQC Accredited Service

Unlike care agencies, we’re a fully regulated private home care company with an impressive pedigree. We were established as a small family company in 1989, and ever since then, we’ve built on our strengths while keeping the same core values at heart. We believe that people should be able to live as independently as possible in the home they love and that’s been our motivation since the very beginning. There are major differences between care agencies and care companies, such as:

Care agencies ‘introduce’ you to a carer who will pay to be on their books, however the agency doesn’t employ them; they’ll either be self-employed or you’ll have to undertake that responsibility.
Helping Hands are different though; we employ all of our carers directly, meaning they gain the benefits of UK employment law such as holiday pay, sick pay, a pension scheme, guaranteed minimum earnings, and so much more. We also source our carers in-house and do all of our own training too, as we believe there’s no better way to ensure a consistently high carer standard.

We’re also fully accredited by the CQC to deliver home care services, which care agencies often aren’t. Why take the chance that you’ll be placing yourself in the hands of an unregulated agency or care provider? Come straight to Helping Hands for your care and support across London and you’ll only ever be in the hands of compassionate and friendly care staff.
