Branch Care Manager
My role is Branch Care Manager at St Albans Branch. My role is to support the team to provide excellent person centred care to individuals living in their own home. My role is to ensure that individuals care is monitored and compliant with CQC regulations and to recruit and motivate carers to provide care which really makes a difference to the quality of life to those we support. I started my journey in the care sector when I was 16 and worked my way to director level, gaining managment and leadership skills and inspiring teams to work in a person-centred way. I am really looking forward to meeting the team of carers and working for such a reputable company. In my spare time, I enjoy family time, painting and creative writing.
