At Helping Hands, we provide a variety of exceptional home care services no matter what condition you are living with. This includes assisting individuals living with disabilities via supported living so our customers can continue to live independently at home.
Our wonderful carers can support you with mobility, the laundry, stacking the dishwasher, changing the bedding, running errands and much more. Whatever your requirements, we will ensure they are fulfilled.
For extra peace of mind, we are regulated and monitored by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales. This means our services are inspected to ensure we deliver well-led, responsive and empathetic care.
Supported living is ideal for individuals who are living with a mental or physical disability and wish to receive support at home. Or perhaps you need support going to medical appointments, help with the grocery shop, or picking up prescriptions; then, we can provide you with the care you need. No matter what you need, we promise to always be there for you.
Our supported living services are fully bespoke and personalised to your needs. We can provide care on a visiting and live-in basis. So, you can choose to have support from as little as 30 minutes with visiting care or 24 hours a day with live-in care.
By receiving care in the comfort of your own home, you can remain in the place you love most. You can stay close to loved ones, personal possessions, and precious pets. Plus, we will support you with your daily routine in any way you wish.
All our carers are fully trained to provide outstanding care to help make a difference in people’s lives. They are caring and compassionate individuals who will always put your needs first. Whether you need someone to talk to, a hand with the laundry or someone to accompany you to the grocery store, you can always count on our exceptional carers.
We also understand how daunting it can be to have someone new come into your home to look after you. This is why all our carers undergo a strict background check. This includes references from previous employers and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
For more information on our supported living options, contact our friendly customer care team. They are available seven days a week via phone and online. If you prefer to speak to a member of the team in person, walk into our local branch for a chat and a cuppa.
