Once selected, we ensure that they receive an enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) screening, along with various character references and interviews. And if successful, new recruits are then required to undergo our award-winning training course, which teaches them the skills and knowledge for personal care, medication, safeguarding, moving and handling, first aid and dementia.
