Branch Care Manager
As a Branch Care Manager, I am dedicated to ensuring top quality and person-centred care for all our customers. I find no better feeling than knowing I play a role in ensuring that everyone within our local community is receiving the support needed, in order for them to live as independently as possible in their own homes, for as long as possible. My role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch by leading a team of hugely skilled individuals, managing budgets and maintaining regulatory standards. I also assess customer needs and set up care packages, oversee schedules to ensure that customers are receiving continuity in their care and I take pride in evaluating performance while addressing any challenges that arise within the branch. I love that myself and my team work together to provide a safe working environment for all of our hardworking carers that go above and beyond day in and day out. The love they give to the community is unmeasurable and so it's important to me that their well-being and work life balance is considered in everything that we do. I am very OCD and so I spend a lot of my spare time cleaning my home. When I'm not doing that, I like eating out at different restaurants with my husband and spending quality time with him and my family. We love going on long walks with our fur baby, Luna.

With 30 years’ experience under our belt, we’ve supported people living with dementia, Parkinson’s, cerebral palsy, motor neurone disease, mental health conditions and many more, so we have the knowledge and experience to provide person-centred care that supports every single one of your requirements. We understand how important it is that you have control and flexibility with your care, and the great thing about Helping Hands is that we adapt around you whenever you need us to.

24/7 Live in Care Services
When the need arises for more intensive support, this doesn’t necessarily mean that a residential care home is the only option. With live-in care in Chigwell from Helping Hands, you can remain in the comfort of your own home while still receiving round-the-clock assistance as and when you need it.
What’s more, not only will you receive compassion and unintrusive support when you need it, but we’ll work with you to find a suitable carer that is tailored to your personality, hobbies and interests. With Helping Hands, you receive so much more than care; you’ll make a friend too.
Fully Trained Carers in Chigwell
Our carers really are at the very core of our company; without them, we would not have been providing industry-leading home care services to thousands of families across England and Wales for the last 30 years. Each of our carers possess qualities that cannot always be taught; their kind, selfless and compassionate natures are vital to enable us to provide person-centred care to all of our customers.
With thorough background checks – such as Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) screenings – and a fine-tuned recruitment process for each of our carers, we only employ the very best.
We are proud to be the only home care provider endorsed as a Centre of Excellence by Skills for Care, and we are also fully licensed by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Dementia Care for You
We are proud to be recognised as industry-leading specialists in dementia care, and we understand the importance of routine and familiarity when caring for someone with dementia. That’s why we’re here to provide person-centred care and support for you and your family.
All of our carers complete specialist dementia training covering the many variants of dementia, including Alzheimer’s, Pick’s disease and vascular dementia, enabling them to give you the right level of support and guidance throughout your journey.
There can often be a lot of uncertainty and anxiety for you and your family following a dementia diagnosis, but the Chigwell team are here to give you the information and support that you need so that, together with your family, you are able to continue to live comfortably in your own surroundings.
