I rarely meet anyone needing care whose ambition isn’t to remain in their own home or live an independent and fulfilling life. In a recent customer survey 98% of customers said that the service they receive from Helping Hands has helped improve their quality of life. It is this level of service that we want to maintain, by opening an office in Redditch we believe we will be able to offer even greater levels of support to Redditch and the local communities.”
Tim Lee, CEO of Helping Hands, commented: “The launch of our Redditch office demonstrates our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible service at a local level, ensuring faster response times and easier access to advice and personal support.
“Our Redditch managerial team has a wealth of experience in the home care services sector and when combined with our 20 years of expertise and the quality of carers we have already in the community, are ideally placed to offer a first class service to those in need of support.”
The move away from the company’s Alcester base also reflects their commitment as a major employer within Redditch.
