Our feedback process

Whether you are satisfied with our service or things are not up to your standards, we are always open to feedback.  Receiving your feedback is crucial and ensures we continue providing you or your loved one with exceptional, compassionate, person-centred care. We have a formal complaint procedure if our service doesn’t meet your expectations. Although we aim to prevent this, this procedure allows us to resolve any issues immediately.
