Dementia Care Plans
What is a dementia care plan?
A dementia care plan can range from live-in to visiting care and can be tailored to fit around you and your needs.

How Helping Hands can help
At Helping Hands, we can help you to live well with dementia.
From our various care packages, we can tailor a care package to suit you and your unique needs. We handpick our carers to match your personality and interests, so you don’t just gain a carer living in your home – but a friend. We can help with basic housekeeping and meal preparation to just an extra pair of hands to wash the dishes. If you need help with more complex medical needs like medication administration, personal care like bathing and dressing, or age-related frailty care, we also offer bespoke nursing care.
