Since 1989, we have been providing exceptional care at home so our customers can maintain their independence and routine in a place they love. At Helping Hands, we provide a variety of care services no matter what condition you are living with, including assisted living. For added reassurance, we are monitored and commissioned by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales. This means our care is inspected to ensure we provide a well-led, compassionate and responsive service.
Our compassionate home care in Walsall team can support you with stacking the dishwasher, taking the bins out, folding the laundry, running errands and much more. Whatever you need, we will always deliver person-centred care to those who need it most.
All our carers are empathetic and kind individuals who will always put your needs first. They all work hard to make a difference in your life.
They are fully trained and complete a comprehensive training programme. They also continue to develop their skills via refresher courses. Plus, they undergo a strict background check as we want to ensure you are safe in your own home.
If you are living with a complex condition and need support, then assisted living can be an option for you. Or perhaps you are struggling with your mobility and need help managing the household; you can count on us to be there for you.
From accompanying you to medical appointments and community classes to preparing nutritious meals and keeping up with household duties, our carers can support you from as little as 30 minutes a week with visiting care. If you prefer to have round-the-clock support, live-in care is also available.
Our assisted living prices start from £31.00 with a call-out charge of £4.50, which covers travel costs for your carer. If you wish for 24-hour support, live-in care costs start from £1,650 per week for a single person. If you and your partner need care, couples can also receive live-in care, with prices starting from £1,650 a week.
You may also be eligible for funding, which can help with the costs. You will need to contact your local authority, and they can provide you with more information.
To arrange assisted living, contact our friendly customer care team today. They are available seven days a week, and you can speak to them via phone or online. Alternatively, you can walk into our local branch and talk to a member of the team in person.
