Regional Care Director
As the Regional Care Director for the north, I am responsible for all types of care delivery to our customers - whether it be live-in care or our hourly service. My role involves ensuring that our carers deliver a consistent and seamless high quality of care to our customers. I manage a team of dedicated, hardworking people who strive to deliver a fantastic service. Following a highly successful career in welfare to work, recruitment and training, I wanted to look at a fresh challenge, and following some research and numerous conversations, I believed that the care sector would be a good fit and that I could easily transfer my skills and experience into this role.
