Nursing care is designed for individuals living with a clinical condition like stroke, dementia or brain injury. We understand how difficult it can be to live with a complex condition and maintain your independence at the same time. However, with the right support, you can continue living life as you wish.
Our carers can support you with mobility, rehabilitation, personal care, preparing healthy meals and much more. So you can have complete confidence knowing you’ll receive the very best care.
Our nursing care packages are available on a visiting and live-in basis. This means our carers can support you or a loved one from as little as 30 minutes a week, right up to 24 hours a day. All our packages are fully tailored to your needs, as we want to ensure we support you as much as possible.
Our carers don’t just assist with nursing; they can also support with washing the dishes, folding the laundry, picking up prescriptions, personal care and much more. We use a holistic approach to our care as we believe we should treat the person as a whole, focusing on mental health too.
Our clinical nursing team and carers work together to provide the best possible care for our customers. So they can continue to live an independent life without any worries.
