Better than a care agency in Grantham
-
Helping Hands are a private care provider, rather than a care agency, which means that we employ our carers directly and are completely responsible for their pay and general wellbeing. Often care agencies will require you – the customer – to pay your carer directly, and will surprise you with unexpected fees, hidden costs and unwanted paperwork. With Helping Hands, we take all of the stressful, time-consuming admin off your hands, ensuring that both you and your carer will be properly looked after.
-
Emergency care
-
Emergency care from Helping Hands is a great option if you or a loved one find yourself unexpectedly in need of a carer. It might be that your normal carer is suddenly unavailable, or you’ve been discharged from hospital earlier than anticipated. With emergency care, we’re generally able to have one of our brilliant, compassionate carers in your home within 24 hours, ensuring you’re not left unsupported and can continue with your normal routines and hobbies.

-
With private care in Grantham, you’ll receive a care plan that is fully tailored to your personal needs and preferences. At Helping Hands, we design your package of care completely around your condition and your care requirements, ensuring you receive a level of care that perfectly suits your situation. We’ll also monitor your condition as it changes, and recommend changes to your care plan for you to consider. Being able to receive care at home gives you much more freedom over important details such as meals, visitors and bed times. It also gives you the independence to enjoy as much normality as possible – you can continue to enjoy your favourite hobbies, activities and routines with the full support of one of our superb carers.

Overnight care
-
One of the main benefits of live-in care is the support you’ll receive throughout the night. If you’re living alone or with a loved one who is equally frail, night time can be a worrying time – especially if you’re prone to falls. Having a friendly, fully-trained carer stay with you every night means you’ll never be left unsupported or isolated, and your friends and family can have complete peace of mind that should you have an accident, you won’t be waiting until the morning for someone to help you.
