Emergency care
Needing care in an emergency can be a very stressful time, especially if you’re being unexpectedly discharged from hospital or your regular carer is suddenly unavailable, for instance. Elderly care

Domiciliary care
Care at home, otherwise referred to as domiciliary care, is a highly preferable way of receiving the care you need in the home you love. If you don’t want to move into a residential or nursing home you shouldn’t have to, instead yu can be cared for at home by Helping Hands’ compassionate and professional carers. Whether you choose to have care on a visiting or live-in basis, you will still receive the highest standards of care.
We carefully recruit, select and train our carers and only take on the most caring people to look after our customers. We also make sure our customers are protected, by screening all of our carers through the Disclosure and Barring Service, and because we’re fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales we guarantee our high standards of care will always be delivered.
