Meet the Tring care team
Branch Care Manager
My primary role is to do everything I can to support my staff's health, safety, and well-being while ensuring the smooth operation of our services. I am responsible for ensuring that our service meets all legal and regulatory requirements and delivers quality care to our customers. I believe that by prioritising these areas, we can create a safe and supportive environment for both our staff and the people we serve. Originally, I am from Romania and I have a background in education. Over ten years ago, I moved to the UK, where I discovered a passion for working in the care sector. I began my career as a healthcare assistant and, through dedication and hard work, progressed through various roles within the field. In my personal life, I cherish spending time with my family and spoiling them with homemade goodies whenever I get the chance. Cooking and baking for my loved ones brings me great joy, and I take pride in creating delicious treats that bring smiles to their faces. Whether it’s a traditional Romanian dish or a new recipe I’ve discovered, sharing these moments with my family is a source of happiness and fulfillment. Overall, my journey from Romania to the UK and from healthcare assistant to my current role has been driven by a passion for care.

Domiciliary care in Tring
-
Domiciliary care is the delivery of care within the customer’s own residence. As opposed to residential care, the benefit of receiving care at home is the ability to stay in control of your routine. With no set meal times and the freedom to do as you please, our private carers are simply on hand to support you to whatever extent you wish; with the benefit of being in total control of independence, as well as the added comfort of being at home.
This service is available from as little as 30-minute visits per week, all the way up to clinical support and nursing visits. So whether you need a little companionship from somebody who comes round to check in on you now and then, or a specialist to support you with a condition of any kind, you can rely on our domiciliary carers to help.

With industry-leading training and CQC regulation, we provide the best possible care for our customers within the comfort of their own home by utilising a person-centred approach to each care plan. Our goal is to guarantee every customer a service that caters to their priorities from a carer that is suited to their requirements.

Specialist dementia care
-
With over 30 years of experience in caring for those living with dementia, our carers are highly trained to understand the disease at all of its stages, from the initial diagnosis to the latter problems throughout.
The deterioration of memory is an entirely unique experience to each individual, hence the importance of support and guidance throughout each step of the way. With a Helping Hands dementia carer, you can feel assured that there is a kind and knowledgeable person by your side, prepared to provide immediate care and keep you close to your loved ones.

Compassionate elderly care
-
The latter stages of life can be bitter-sweet, as the freedom of retirement can be juxtaposed by the restrictions of immobility. Similar in how the joy of seeing your family grow can be opposed by the sadness of being less involved as you used to be. Our elderly carers specialise in compassion above all else and make it their prerogative to inspire happiness, create comfort and reduce difficulties for our elderly customers.
Many of our elderly care customers are much more satisfied in their routine knowing that there is somebody around to assist them by taking care of those daily tasks that aren’t as easy as they previously were. Furthermore, for those that don’t have any family or friends around to support them, we are here to provide companionship; someone to talk to and keep you smiling on a regular basis.
-
Respite care for short-term support
-
Receiving care comes with its difficulties. Sometimes our customers come to us because their usual carer is unavailable, or because they have suffered an injury and need temporary support. With respite care, we are here to step in and offer the assistance you require on an urgent, but temporary basis.
Whether you need help getting around while you recover from surgery, or need a trained and trusted carer to accompany you for a few days while you attend an occasion, our respite care service is available to help you preserve your independence until you get back to normality.
