What are our care services in Cirencester?

Our big-hearted team providing home care in Cirencester specialise in top-quality home care to people in the local area. All personal care services are provided by our Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered office Helping Hands Cheltenham & Gloucester, so you can have confidence in their ability to provide the highest level of care. Here are some of the care services being offered by our Cirencester branch.

Elderly care

Many elderly people reach a point where they require some help to remain living safely and enjoyably at home. You may notice that a loved one is struggling to perform tasks such as cooking, cleaning or shopping. In these circumstances, a carer can be brought in to provide support with daily activities and routines. Having help from a carer allows elderly people to remain living independently at home, without the need to consider residential care.

We offer two main types of elderly home care: visiting care and live-in care. Visiting care is extremely flexible and you can choose the level of support you require, with visiting care packages available from as little as 30 minutes a week. Alternatively, you can request daily visitations from your carer if you want a higher level of support. The level of care can be increased or decreased and customised whenever your needs change.

On the other hand, live-in care involves a carer moving into your home to provide you with round-the-clock support. We take the time to get to know you and match you with a dedicated carer who suits your needs, interests and preferences. Our goal is to put elderly people back in control and allow them to live on their terms.

Domiciliary care

Domiciliary care is provided to people who continue to live in their own homes but require help with certain tasks. This may include household chores, preparing meals, personal care, or getting out and about in the community. Our carers can offer the support you need to remain living an independent lifestyle, on your own terms. Again, domiciliary care is completely flexible and we will tailor the care package to suit your needs. By listening and getting to know you, your carer will provide care as unique as you, in the home you know and love.

Our carers are genuinely caring people and want to support you in any way they can. They will take the time to learn your routines and offer a friendly face whenever you need a bit of extra support. Many of our carers develop extremely close bonds with the person they are caring for and become a trusted companion. We know that continuity of care is crucial in helping you live the way you want. This is why we provide a consistent service you can rely on, putting you and your family back in control.
