Hourly Role

Hourly Care is a less intensive care service designed to help independent individuals stay in the comfort of their own home. Hourly Care is a perfect solution for those who don’t need full-time Live-in Care, but just require help at various points during the day with chores, errands or personal care needs.

Our Carers take care of general everyday and personal tasks that allow the client to maintain their independence and continue to live at home. We apply the same level of management care and conscientiousness to our Hourly Care service as we do to our full time Live-in Care service, and we expect our Carers to do the same.

Less intensive, but still personal

Hourly Care may be less intensive service than Live-in Care, but being a caregiver of any kind takes a special kind of person. To be a good Hourly Carer you need to truly care about the welfare of others, you need to be mobile and flexible and realise that your visits can be the highlight of someone’s day.

For more details on the role and what we’re looking for, read the person specification and job description. Whilst Live-in Care is available throughout England and Wales, we can only offer Hourly Care to clients in parts of Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire. If you’re interested in hourly care work, look at the locations page for specific details of where we offer this service.
