Side by side, supporting you in support of others

Congratulations! You've taken the first step in your journey to becoming a Helping Hands Carer. We've put this recruitment website together to help you decide if caring is the right profession for you. We'll introduce you to our company and explain how our Live-in Carers and Hourly Carers benefit from our 20 years experience in the industry.

We are currently recruiting for two positions, Live-in care and Hourly care. Live-in care is where you as a carer are required to live with the client in their own home seven days a week, and although you will have breaks you are responsible for the clients well being the rest of the time. The length of the placement can vary, but some of our placements last up to six weeks. Hourly carers are required locally and would need to reside within 20 miles of our Head Office in Alcester, Warwickshire.

This website will tell you about our recruitment process and unparalleled in-house training. We've tried to anticipate some of your questions, but if you have more please contact us. Good luck on your journey!
