Helping Hands offers Live-in Care across the whole of England and Wales as well as The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Your first point of contact will be a Customer Advice Manager who will meet with you to manage you through the process until care begins. Once care is in place, your dedicated Care Manager will ensure that all your needs are met and continually review and assess the performance of the Carer.
- North West: we currently provide care in Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Merseyside.
- North East: we currently provide care in Northumberland, Durham, Yorkshire and Tyne and Wear.
- East: we currently provide care in Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
- London: we currently provide care in London and all surrounding areas.
- South West: we currently provide care in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Scilly.
- South East: we currently provide care in Essex, Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
- Wales: we currently provide care in Wales and all surrounding areas.
- Midlands: we currently provide care in the West Midlands, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
