Accreditations

Accreditation is a process of external quality review; a process that allows customers and clients to have a certain amount of confidence in the product or service that they are considering. For a business, the greatest benefits of accreditation are being issued an external, impartial mark of quality, being held to high standards, and gaining insight and support for process improvement.

Helping Hands Homecare is regulated by the CQC and received an EXCELLENT rating at our last inspection; we are also a member of the UKHCA, the professional association of homecare providers.
