Helping Hands offers Live-in Care across England and Wales as well as The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man but we are unable to cover Scotland or Ireland.
Your first point of contact will be a Customer Advice Manager who will meet with you to manage you through the process until care begins. Once care is in place, your dedicated Care Manager will ensure that all your needs are met and continually review and assess the performance of the Carer.

- Central: we currently provide care in Broadway, Bromsgrove, Evesham, Redditch, Lapworth, Inkberrow
- London : we currently provide care in Twickenham, Forest Gate, Regents Park, Hammersmith, Pimlico, Nottinghill Gate, Clapham
- South West: we currently provide care in Bath, Exeter, Bristol, Fleet, Poole, Taunton
- South East: we currently provide care in Ealing, Dulwich, Guilford, Sutton, Burstow, Eastbourne
- North West and Wales: we currently provide care in Wigan, Wirral, Liverpool, Manchester, Cheshire, Crewe, Leeds, Cardiff, Swansea
- Midlands: we currently provide care in Walsall, Stafford, Oxford, Nottingham, Leicester, Cheltenham
- Home Counties: we currently provide care in Ascot, Baldock, Workingham, Reading, Cambridge
